TO DE TELOS THS PARAGGELIAS ESTIN AGAPH EK KAQARAS
KARDIAS KAI SUNEIDHSEWS AGAQHS KAI PISTEWS ANUPOKRITOU

NET Bible:
1:5 But the aim of our instruction is love that comes
from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere
faith.

I'm trying to understand the "comes from" in the NET's
translation. It would appear that AGAPH has as its
source (comes from), among other things, PISTEWS. What
are the grammatical alternatives that would help me
understand how AGAPH "comes from" PISTEWS? The idea of
love issuing forth from faith is a bit foreign to me
at my level of understanding.
