[B-Greek] Mark 10:11-12

Greetings;
Does the Present tense of MOICAW in Mk 10:11 and 12 indicate an on-going 
adultery, for the rest of one's life? One would expect an Aorist, if the 
second marriage nullifies the first; what type of Present is here, and 
how should it be translated most accurately?
