[B-Greek] Best Dictionary/Lexicon for NT and LXII?

Neither tool you mention will be of much help. You need at least BDAG,
though that will not cover all the words you find in the LXX. The only
complete LXX lexicon is the one by Lust, Eynikel, and Hauspie (Gk-Eng Lex.
of LXX, 2d ed, 2003). You could also use Liddell and Scott, but you won't
find as much help from it for your purpose.
Also be aware that often your translation of the Hebrew text and the LXX may
be quite different. You are not translating "the same thing" in each
instance. Some sections (e.g., Pentateuch) will be closer, at least on
average; other sections may not have much resemblance at some points. It
will not likely be as much pedagogical help as you might think, esp. if you
try to use one to understand the other at your beginner's skill level.
