Although the spot is not entirely random since the passage is in the
lectionary for next
Sunday, I opened Rahlfs to Psalm 28, and noticed that I didn't know the
word SUSSEISEI
(or SUSSEISW; sorry: am writing this from work and don't have Rahlfs
with me here). Tried
Langenscheidt's; no go. Tried Abbott-Smith; no go. Tried BDAG; it
wasn't there; tried the small Liddell & Scott and immediately found
SUSSEIW. This would be my recommendation.
Used copies are very common and often don't cost much ($5 - $20). New
copies are a bit expensive relative to the Intermediate Lexicon, and the
latter would be my recommendation if you're forced to purchase a new
copy.

Hi Jose,

I actually found Langenscheidt's Pocket Greek Dictionary (ISBN
0887290817)
an excellent value for reading purposes. Of course for more careful
study,
you will want the lexica mentioned by Rod Decker.
