You should note that in (the later) BDAG the lexical entry is ANEPILH(M)PTOS

Moulton and Milligan [  The Vocabulary of the Greek Testament Illustrated 
from the Papyri and other Non-Literary Sources. London. Repr. Grand Rapids, 
1949 ] cite a 2nd century B.C papyrus where the term appears as "one of the 
conditions for the granting of an amnesty ". Here there is no M
In other papyrii cited, there is no M either [ B.C 118 and 118-7 ] but in a 
B.C 114-3 citation, the word appears with an M and without a P.

So, " you pays your money and takes your choice" <g>
