Then we should do the formatting in Word. But those who don't have 
Micro$oft Word can still doing proofing and keying in if we start out 
with Unicode Text documents and only do formatting later. Otherwise, 
only those with Word will be able to work on the text. I don't yet have 
Word 2004 to do Unicode in Word. Carl has it. I'm just a poor doctoral 
candidate with two kids to feed (violin playing).
(Ken, this also means you and I can do some work in VBA.)

This sounds acceptable.

I can create Unicode keyboard layouts for those working on a Mac OS X 
10.2 and up.  If someone is really good at keying in Greek in Betacode, 
or GreekKeys, or the Teknia standard, or the Helena mapping, I can make 
a unicode keyboard to match it.
