[B-Greek] status of NETS project?

Hopefully we'll get an update from Al Pietersma shortly, but last I knew the
Pentateuch was due this fall (probably/hopefully in time for SBL in Nov.). I
don't know about the other vols., but I'd be very surprised if the project
were completed by 05 (but I'd be very happy if it were!).

And as long as we're on the subject of OG/LXX, has anyone actually seen the
2d ed. of Muraoka's lexicon who can verify that it has actually shipped? It
was originally due Dec. 02, but wasn't yet available as of Jan 04. I found a
listing for it on the Dove site a month ago and ordered it, but still
haven't seen anything.
