This is how the new NETS (Moises Silva) handles the passages you note:
42.8    I am the Lord God, this is my name;
43.25  I am, I am the one who blots out your transgressions,
45.19 I am, I am the Lord, speaking righteousness and declaring truth.
45.22 I am God, and there is no other.
46.4 Until your old age I am, and until you grow old, I am;
