Are these two constructions equal (can stand alone as
independent clauses or as complete sentences):

hOI DESMOI MOU FANEROUNTAI.

TOUS DESMOUS MOU FANEROUS GENESQAI.

I don't know if it was acceptable in Greek to NOT use
a finite verb and still make a complete sentence.
