Dear sirs,
In trying to learn Greek I, started imagining some different study aids that I wish I could get. If any knows where I can get any of the following study aids I would sure appreciate knowing of them.
Various computer programs allow you to click on particular Greek words within their program and it will pronounce them for you. Yet as far as I know none allows you to there with create your own list of particular Greek words that you are studying and then click on them and it will pronounce them together with giving their meaning. With such feature, as one would learn more Greek words, he could simply add them to his personal word list, and then could be reminded of both their pronunciation and meaning as needed by simply clicking on them. It would really be great if one could transfer this to a hand held computer. I also wish I get a list of every Biblical Greek word arranged by the most often used on the top of the list and the lesser used below in subsequent order, as one naturally wants to study and learn the most often used words first. It also would be nice if this exhaustive list of words could be arranged in various ways, such as names of people, and places, verbs, nouns and other basic parts of speech.
I also was wondering if any one knew where I could get an audio CD whereon one is reading the Bible in English while an interpreter would therewith be interpreting each phrase as it is read into Greek. As each phrase would be said in English and then also said in Greek I could slowly catch on to the various Greek words. I'd like to listen to this as I work and drive. Note this type of reading and interpreting could be done with any speech or book and not only with the Bible. Note, mp3 CDs can hold 36 hrs of audio thus a lot of reading together with it's Greek interpretation could be had on one CD.
I also was wondering if any one knew of a CD whereon someone is singing popular and well known Gospel songs, while at the same time interpreting the message into Greek, so that the listener could largely know what the Greek words are by the melody. I somewhat know Pennsylvania Dutch and it really is not hard to sing a song while roughly translating the words into Pennsylvania Dutch. The listener in listening to me sing could significantly tell what the Pennsylvania Dutch words were by the melody I was singing. This would work just as well for Greek. If this type of a Greek study aid is not available it sure would be nice if someone who knows Greek real well would make it available. Any help, any ideas let me know. Note, I now am using Greek Tutor by Parsons and Greek Master by Heavenword.

Thanks in advance
God Bless
Amos
