In this case, Jesus is appearing before a tribunal. They are asking him to
admit to the charge of Blasphemy. It is not legal to invite an accused to
condemn himself from his own mouth; so he answers SU EIPAS: "that is what you
have alleged, that is what you have to prove".
In the case of Judas, Jesus is giving a cryptic reply which Judas would
understand, but not the other disciples.
