[B-Greek] Funk's Beginning-Intermediate grammar

If you can supply the scans, I am willing to covert it to a unicode font
(probably Arial Unicode MS, but a unicode font is a unicode font, is a
unicode font). I'd have to to it "the old fashioned way" -- type it.
