Well, it can be exhausting if not entirely exhaustive.  I would recommend
a good computer Bible study program such as Logos/Libronix
(www.logos.com), BibleWorks (www.bibleworks.com) or, if you have a MAC
[first, my condolences] Accordance (http://www.accordancebible.com/). 
With one of these you can locate any word in the LXX or NT either by its
lemma or by its exact form.
