[B-Greek] -IKOS v. -INOS adjectives

Besides Moulton (Grammar, 2. 35), where can I find discussions of the
differences in meaning between -IKOS and -INOS ending adjectives.
The context of my question has to do with determining what Paul is
saying when he uses PNEUMATIKOS with SWMA in 1 Cor 15:44 -- which I
take, given what Mouton and Tom Wright say on the matter at hand, to
mean a SWMA **animated** by PNEUMA, rather than, as almost all
translations with the exception of the Jerusalem Bible convey, a SWMA
**consisting** of PNEUMA.
