Strong's and Wigram seem rather dated.

If you want a book form, John R. Kohlenberger, Edward Goodrick, and James Swanson have the most current in their The Greek-English Concordance to the New Testament (Grand Rapids: Zondervan, 1995). It has the lexical form plus a variety of definitions then it lists every instance and a clip from the text of an english translation with the word or words represented in bold. It's really easy to use when you are more comfortable with English. There is also a table that compares the GK (Goodrick-Kohlenberger) numbers to Strong's number system, making it a great transitional tool. I never really liked strong's - I thought Young's analytical was far superior for original languages (mine still sits on the shelf).

Otherwise, I would recommend purchasing a good software package. I prefer BibleWorks (though many others like Logos; if you are on a Mac, ACCORDance/GramCORD are the best packages). BibleWorks recently released 6.0, which means that you can find 5.0 for less than $200. If you look for 4.5 or earlier, they are dirt cheap - and will have more resources than a little Greek can shake a PULON at!
