I got the u-umlaut fine but, then again, I get UTF-8 Greek characters
fine too.
Your email was sent with ISO-8859-1 (Latin-1) encoding (and identified
itself as such) so I'm not sure what step of the process incorrectly
interpreted the character code.
It's fine in the archive.
