Joshua:

I would also recommend the the diagramming modules in
both the Logos Library and the BibleWorks Software.
Additionally for traditional line diagramming, I
would recommend the following books:

Belcher, Richard P. Diagramming the Greek New
Testament. Columbia, South Carolina: Richbarry Press
1985.

Grassmick, John D. Principles and Practice of Greek
Exegesis: A Classroom Manual. Dallas, Texas, Dallas
Theological Seminary, 1974.

Kantenwein, Lee L. Diagrammatical Analysis. Winona
Lake, Indiana: BMH Books, 1979.

Schreiner, Thomas R. Interpreting the Pauline
Epistles. Grand Rapids: Baker, 1990.

for thought flow diagramming I would recommend:

Guthrie, George H., and J. Scott Duval. Biblical Greek
Exegesis. Grand rapids: Zondervan, 1998.

Kaiser, Walter. Toward an Exegetical Theology. Grand
Rapids: Baker, 1981

Fee, Gordon D. New Testament Exegesis. 3rd ed.
Louisville, Kentucky: Westminster/John Knox Press,
2002

McKnight, Scot, ed. Introducing New Testament
Interpetation. Grand Rapids: Baker, 1989

I hope this helps

Kevin
