[B-Greek] demonstrative pronouns

It would be interesting to do a study of pronomial reference for John  
and see what you come up with.

As we all know, pronominal refernce can be very confusing. While  
there may be linguistic habits that are wide spread, such difference  
are often tokens of idiolect rather than dialect. Still, here you  
might revise the idea of "near" and "far." The stand point of the  
evangelist, or the implied author, is that of omniscient narrator. So  
he is equally present with all his characters. In this case  
"hUPERHTAI" is more remote grammatically and so the rule of "near/ 
far" can be seen to apply.
