Yes, that misses the point about what aspect is. An event that has not
yet happened may still be viewed perfectively. Note the following:
"He will write"
"He will be writing"
Both are future, but in fact, only the second "he will be writing" is
imperfective in aspect.
Also, am I to read your lack of response to the original question that
you agree that AURION EGRAPSA and maHar katavti are ungrammatical? If
so, it means that those verbs are not pure aspects, they do not ONLY
give aspectual information but in fact have a temporal side that does
not fit the cited contexts.
