Hello Group
If one is going to use an interlinear, one should use the best available.
I have found that the Analytical Greek New Testament by Timothy Friberg is
excellent. When used properly, one will work through all the forms in the
text.
My beginning Greek prof stood in front of the class the first day and
announced that 40% of the class would flunk. Then he said that the other 60%
would pass, if they prayed to God that all the work they did would not be
enough, and work like God didn't answer prayers.
He gave tests on principle parts and vocabulary which required a 90%
grade, or had to be taken again. I flunked my first year. Went back the
second year and never received less than an A in any Greek class after that.
Hard work does work. But when one has a limp, a crutch comes in handy.
