My understanding is that the codepoints for those symbols are not yet
completely standardized. But the New Testament textual critical symbols are
now located at U+2E00 through U+2E0D.
You can find the mapping of most symbols of interest for "biblical,
classical & mediæval studies and for linguistics" in the manual for Cardo98,
a Unicode font. The font itself and the manual are available at
http://www.scholarsfonts.net/cardofnt.html.

Subject: [B-Greek] Nestle-Aland symbols in Unicode
Does anybody know where the Nestle-Aland TC symbols are in Unicode?
Haven't found them yet.
Don't tell me they forgot them, then I will lose all hope ...
:-)
Best wishes
Wieland
