Well, note entirely.  Until a version of the standard is formally 
published, there remains a slight but mathematically non-zero chance 
that a code point will have to move.  The meeting giving the final 
approval is going on this week, so the odds are extremely slim that 
these will move.

As a rule, the Unicode Consortium discourages people from starting to 
use codepoints before their a formal part of the standard.  The 
approval process is long and requires several rounds both in Unicode 
itself and in ISO.
