[B-Greek] Rom 1:4

The Euripean text in question appears to be Ion, 1458-9:
Ion 1458-9
TEKNON, OUK ADAKRUTOS EKLOCEUHi,
GOOIS DE MATROS EK CEROIN hORIZHi

Creusa to her now-recognized lost baby: "Child, you were not brought
to birth unwept, but accompanied by (my) wailing were you removed
from my hands."

I think this bears no relationship to the usage of hORIZW in the Pauline
passage. hORIZW means essentially "delimit/define" (cf. hOROS) and the
sense in Rom 1;4 is "defined" or "designated."
