Logos Research Systems has a Greek diagramming tool built into their
software, very handy...
They also include a book regarding the methods:

The tools is in the Scholars pack, I believe. If not there, it is in the
Biblical Languages Suppliment: http://www.logos.com/products/details/1754
Hope this helps,

Subject: [B-Greek] Diagramming Greek Sentences
Hello all:
I have a student looking for texts and/or courses that deal with the
issue of diagramming Greek sentences. His main goal appears to be the
ability to diagram the Greek structure sufficiently to aid in the proper
interpretation of a passage for preaching. Do any of you have texts or
seminary level courses you would recommend for a student with this
interest? On a related note, I would like your thoughts on the benefits
of diagramming sentences as well. Does this exercise help in
translation? In interpretation? I'll be honest, it has been so long
since I have diagrammed any sentence that I feel really inadequate in
this area. Feel free to contact me privately if such a discussion would
clog the list unnecessarily. Thanks in advance for your help!
