[B-Greek] Philo use the definite article

That is,On Dreams 1.227-229 in the new numbering system.
1. The quote is from Genesis 31:13
2. Simply put, TOU QEOU would be "of (the) God," i.e., the one and only God,
and QEOU would be "of a god," i.e., in Philo's thinking, something mistaken
called a god.
Interestingly, here we see an indication that Philo did not read Hebrew; he
did not realize that Hebrew text has a place name: Bethel, which was
translated as TOPOS QEOU.
