This will be another question for Al Pietersma, but I would note that
the text of Hab 3.5 in my MT does show DaBaR (corresponding to LOGOS)
as the subject of YeLeCh which corresponds with POREUSETAI.
I wouldn't make the assumption, as you seem to, that the reading in
the LXX is translataed from a Hebrew text that is identical with the
extant MT.
