A couple of other possibilities you may investigate . . .
 
If you can't find exactly what you are looking for you may consider getting a cheap or a public domain audio editing program in which you can load one of the free Greek readings and cut and paste individual words saving them into whatever format you want.  This would be tedious and you would not be getting the lexical forms of the words.
 
The following are not free but you may end up resorting to something like these or what has been previously suggested.

You'll have to inquire what exactly Archer does with the Greek. I was told by a representative that he does the individual words. I was looking for a Greek reading, so I by-passed this.
