It might be better to understand APHLLOTRIWMENOUS here as a predicate
adjective, just as we often use "alienated" as a predicate adjective
rather than as a participle; in that case APHLLOTRIWMENOUS and
ECQROUS will be a pair of predicate adjectives with ONTAS.
