Including some other comparatives found in near by semantic domains
(e.g., KAQA, KAQWS, KAQO, KAQAPER, KAQWSPER, hWSAUTWS, hWSPER,
hWSPEREI, hWS, hWSEI) after weeding the results I found a few of
interest. I will leave it to you to judge how pertinent they are to
your question.

REV. 18:6 APODOTE AUTHi hWS KAI AUTH APEDWKEN (Notice the inversion
of the pattern. The imperative is first.)

COL. 2:6 hWS OUN PARELABETE TON CRISTON IHSOUN TON KURION, EN AUTWi
PERIPATEITE,

JOHN 15:9 KAQWS HGAPHSEN ME hO PATHR, KAGW hUMAS HGAPHSA: MEINATE EN
THi AGAPHi THi EMHi.

JOHN 12:36 hWS TO FWS ECETE, PISTEUETE EIS TO FWS

LUKE 6:31 KAI KAQWS QELETE hINA POIWSIN hUMIN hOI ANQRWPOI POIEITE
AUTOIS hOMOIWS.

Note that three of these are from Johannine books. (please! We don't
discuss authorship on this list.)
