(In response to George Somsel's and Webb Mealy's first replies.)

I think what I’m trying to ask is whether it is possible to speak mysteries
in the Spirit. In other words, "no one speaks mysteries in/by the Spirit"
because it is not possible to speak mysteries by the Spirit. The Spirit
knows the mind of God, so how could the Spirit speak a mystery "to God"?

Of course, what is spoken may be a "mystery" to us if not interpreted, but
it is not clear to whom this is a "mystery," and much would depend on just
how that word is used here as well.
