1. Well, I would agree that "still" and "yet" are different. There is about 2¢ worth of difference.
2. PRWI -- LSJ notes that it is "early in the day, at morn" and further defines it as being between ANATOLH and MESHMBRIA, i.e. between sunrise and noon. This would confirm the parallel in Mk 16.2.

Subject: [B-Greek] Jn 20:1 PRWI and ETI

Jn 20:1

TH DE MIA TWN SABBATWN
MARIA hH MAGDALHNH ERCETAI PRWI STOTIAS ETI OUSHS

I like to clarify about two Gk words which seem interrelated.

1. About ETI.

Gk dictionary lists for its meaning 'yet' and  'still' among others;
both have different meaning and nuance in English. They are not
confusing and not to be confused. In the text it must be 'still dark'
rather than 'yet dark', assuming the setting was in the morning.

If a visit to the tomb occurred right after Sabbath (at dusk) (a la
Radall Buth), I would expect something like in English 'still not
dark' or 'yet to be dark'. Can ETI be used in this sense?

2. About PRWI.

Is this word used in a sense of 'early in the (Jewish) day', that is,
at dusk after sunset in N.T. instead of 'early at dawn in the
morning'?

Along with the expression ANATEILANTOS TOU hHLIOU in Mk 16:2 it seems
to me obvious that the time the women visited the tomb was in the
morning, (not in the evening of Saturday again a la Randall).
