[B-Greek] Is PALIN in Heb 1:6 ambiguous?

If one takes the three quotations of Heb 1:5, 6 as making the same
point, then the palin functions well as introducing the third of the
series: they all point to the beginning of the Son, ie "begotten",
then II Sam 7:14, "God will be his father" and thirdly "when God
brings him on the scene of history."
If that is right, then there is no need for a more subtle use of
palin to point to a different event, ie the Parousia ("when he again
brings...). I notice the Otto Michel on Hebrews cited in TDNT., Vol
6, p. 880, fn. suggests this trio of quotes as confirming a single point.
