Eric, did your Google break? :)

For the text still used by the Greek Orthodox Church:

http://kainh.homestead.com/

By Petros Petallides: "a complete electronic edition of the Original
Orthodox Greek New Testament as it is used by the Greek Orthodox Church".
These are MS Word documents for downloading onto your machine, as one zip
file or several zip files; and the SGreek font is required. The site has
both modern Greek and English portals.

One might call it "classic" Katharevousa!

There is also:

Greek New Testament W/Modern Greek Parallel (Greek Language Study Series)
(Hardcover)
by George A. Hadjiantoniou, James A. Gee

Which seems to be unavailable.

Here's a site with the entire Bible in Katharevousa:

http://www.htmlbible.com/sacrednamebiblecom/moderngreek/B43C001.htm

I couldn't find one with Demotike, though somewhere I have a Demotike NT.

I am sure there are people on this list with more references than I could
find in the few minutes it took me to google this.
