HH: Maybe others will answer, too, but from my perspective it is not 
allowed. It seems plain to me that the PRO- with AGEIN and the PROS 
suggest similar ideas. The preposition phrase PROS BHQSAIDAN is 
adverbial and modifies the verb PROAGEIN. We cannot imagine another verb 
"looking back" and have it modify that, not when the words that are 
present do a perfectly good job of accounting for PROS BHQSAIDAN.
