 >Jude 14 well illustrates the Deictic Center. The
Deictic Center is stated in vs 15 "to execute
judgment..." By the time the Lord starts executing
judgment, HE WILL HAVE ALREADY COME. In fact, I would
be willing to argue that the time reference of "to
execute judgment" is the Deictic Center by virtue of
the Aorist HLQEN of vs 14. The Aorist signals the
Deictic Center. Even if this were not a prophetic
utterance, it would be painfully normal Greek.>

Actually, I would read this differently. Verse 15 encodes APAREMFATA
(infinitives) that are peripheral to HLQEN. HLQEN sets the stage by
relating to a Deitctic Center (speakers standing point), and HLQEN is
Prior to it, in this case. The infinitives of purpose are not
necessarily post deictic centre. They are simply post-HLQEN and very
probably prior to the speakers point of reference.
