[B-Greek] Pronunciation of Kappa, Pi and Tau

FWIW - messages to me offline and a referral to Wikipedia (see below) confirmed
for me that while Chi, Phi and Theta aspirated, Kappa, Pi and Tau remained the
same and didn't become "harder." I.e., they didn't exactly replace the sounds of
Chi, Phi and Theta.

Thus it is probably more correct to teach the pronunciation of K, P, and T as
"sKit", "sPot" and "sTop" than as "Kit", "Pot" and "Top" and let students detect
the difference in the K, P and T sounds by holding their hand in front of their
mouth when they say:

  Kit, sKit
  Pot, sPot
  Top, sPot

to feel the lack of air burst on the second word in each word pair.
