[B-Greek] Sidgwick vs. North and Hillard

I used North and Hilliard in grad school myself -- or at least it was
assigned (our British visiting prof George Huxley tended to use it
for reference primarily -- its brief lessons on how to deal with
various English constructions. On the other hand, it wasn't in print
on the one occasion that I taught a tutorial class in Greek
composition years later, at which time we were able to get Sidgwick.
I think they're both pretty good.
