[B-Greek] Sidgwick vs. North and Hillard

Why choose when you don't have to?  Both are free.  I've used North and
Hillard (well, the first few lessons) and think it is good, but Sidgwick
looks OK as well.  I'd go with using both - it helps avoid getting bored
with using one text book for too long.  If you don't have that problem,
either seems like a good choice.
