Yes, I agree that in Ac 7,4 it means "and from here"
But in Ac 13, 21 it is used in a temporal sense :
13, 20 KAI META TAUTA EDWKEN KRITAS EWS SAMOUHL TOU PROFHTOU
13, 21 KAKEIQEN HiTHSANTO BASILEA
So, how do I know when KAKEIQEN is used in a temporal or in a spacial sense?

KAKEIQEN is simply crasis for KAI EKEIQEN: "and from there" -- i.e.,
from Haran. Haran was just a staging point between Ur and Canaan.
