Sounds pretty good to me--but I haven't studied MG very long.  The reader 
is a linguist who doesn't claim to be a native speaker.  I sent the URL to 
a friend of mine who IS a native Greek speaker, and he says that a speaker 
of Demotic Greek would have no trouble understanding the reader.  He did 
point to what appeared to be a western accent-a hardening of gamma and 
delta, and a certain vowel quality.
