[B-Greek] Reading gibberish

I have ALWAYS been able to read these messages by left clicking TOOLS;
then left clicking, INTERNET OPTIONS, or just OPTIONS; looking for
something that says DISPLAY or DISPLAY PROPERTIES, and left clicking
(for outgoing and incoming mail) UTF-8. That works for most fonts that
come my way; but, of course, I do get diamond-shaped question marks
every now and then. I believe that is why the administration of this
List is so insistent that we use ASCII (which is plain old fashioned
Roman alphabetic transliteration). I believe there is a style sheet at
the B-Greek Web Site.

Dort, wo man Bücher verbrennt, verbrennt man am Ende auch Menschen.
"Where they burn books they will, in the end, burn human beings too."--Heinrich Heine, 1821.
