2 Cor 13:7 EUXOMETHA DE PROS TON
QEON MH POIHSAI hUMAS KAKON MHDEN,
OUX hINA hHMEIS DOKIMOI FANWMEN, ALL'
hINA hUMEIS TO KALON POIHTE, hHMEIS
  DE hWS ADOKIMOI WMEN.

"We pray to God that you might do nothing
evil, not so that we might appear approved, but
rather so that you might do good, and/but we
  might be as disapproved"

All the translations I've checked give the
last clause a concessive force, "even though/
although/even if we are as disapproved." What
in the Greek justifies this translation? I can see
where it becomes jarring in English to say that
Paul is praying that he might be as disapproved
without adding the "although", but I think this softens
it a bit. I think Paul is saying he would have no
problem if he appears as disapproved. Does
DE alone ever have the sense of "although" or
does the subjunctive or the hWS lead to this? What
am I missing? I'm not even sure I see anything
adversive in the DE, let along concessive.
