The 'fronting' of hUMWN probably increases its salience somewhat but  
I would be more inclined to see BEBAIAN as in focus. I think the  
choice of  BEBAIAN ... POIEISQAI over the cognate BEBAIOW indicates  
the the quality refered to by BEBAIAN is the most salient information  
in this clause.
