[B-Greek] Funk's Grammar in a single PDF file?

I applaud your efforts, but unless some agreement of which I am unaware has negotiated with Bob Funk's widow at Polebridge Press, Funk's BIGHG is NOT "publicly available" for legal distribution.
Therefore although it is a great resource, I would not recommend including it on this CD-ROM.
