[B-Greek] Funk's Grammar in a single PDF file?

Thanks, Ken, I was about to jump in and say the same thing.

Perhaps I should secure those directories. Those PDFs and TIFFs are 
there only to help with the work on cleaning it up for Web distribution 
here:

They are still subject to the Scholar's Press copyrights that occur on 
the title pages.
