I don't know exactly how to convert this to a Greek
question, so hopefully someone can do that to keep me
out of trouble. But, am I reading this correctly? Does
this say that those Jesus is scolding WILL in fact
enter the Kingdom of God, but only AFTER the tax
collectors and prostitutes? That seems to be what I
get from the PRO of PROAGOUSIN. But, in vs 32 Jesus
pretty clearly states that they (the ones he is
scolding) did not have a change of mind. The two
different words for "repent" do not seem to have a
bearing on my reading of this. Is there something I am
missing. I certainly am not trying to start a
discussion on universalism, but I've never really
noted this statement before. If I've asked yet another
inappropriate question, please respond offlist.
