[B-Greek] Greek (mostly) Readers

They are certainly not at all what I hear in Orthodox churches or in
modern Greek. As far as I know, they are attempting to reconstruct
pronunciation of Attic Greek and other similar dialects, with
distinctions between o-mega and o-mikron, etc. I really hate Erasmian
pronunciation myself. 8-)

I'd be grateful if you could point me to some recordings, perhaps
off-list. Specifically, I'm curious as to whether there are any
recordings of re-constructed pronunciation of koine Greek as we think
it was pronounced in the first few centuries. The only major
difference that I can think of between what we think the pronunciation
was then and what it is in modern Greek is a distinction between eta
and iota, but there may be more. Someone pointed out a very good
guide on pronunciation earlier ...

Christ is risen, indeed!

Peace,
Andrew
