KAI ARESEI TW QEW hUPER MOSCON NEON KERATA EKFERONTA KAI hOPLAS

I would like to translate Ps 68:32 as follows: "And it will please God
more than a new young bull bearing horns and hoofs" with EKFERONTA as an
adjectival participle modifying MOSCON. But EKFERONTA is plural. Is this
merely a case of the number of the participle being assimilated to its
object?
