[B-Greek] encoding and decoding Grk-Eng

I'm having trouble encoding and decoding the cap. English letters
we're supposed to use in communicating passages to the list.

I can't find a chart anywhere for this.

The closest I could come was to copy the English letters to a word
processor, highlight them, and then change my fonts setting to
"OLBGRK" font which comes close, but not quite: For example, it
can't handle the "Y" correctly, which is somehow mixed up with
upsilon. Probably, therefore, some other letters are uncertain, too.
I haven't found out how to do the ending sigma.

Even if this could work, it seems far too troublesome. And to convert
from grk to the list caps is even more troublesome.

Also, I wish the Greek could be displayed in smalls, instead of caps.

There must be some software or instructions to do this? I've also
tried the control panel rigamarow in my Windows XP, but those results
come out even farther off than OLB for purposes of the list fonts.

Thanks for someone's help!
