[B-Greek] Optative Paradigms

There seems to be a difference of opinion among beginning Greek grammars as to whether or not the Optative mood should be introduced. I think that for the sake of completeness it should, though I'd be interested in other opinions. To that end, I've been searching for a set of verb paradigms that include the optative or the paradigms for just the optative, to no avail. None of the Greek grammars I have contain this, and I couldn't find a complete chart for the Optative in Smyth's grammar at the Perseus site. A perusal of Google for paradigms led me to lots of comments on the Optative and a few examples, but nothing like a full chart for LUW in the present, 1 Aorist, etc., and a verb that has a second aorist to illustrate it. Smyth has a special section on optatives for MI verbs, but that's not sufficient for my purposes. I am quite fine with typing up my own chart, but I need the data for it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
